Summary: | To provide a no-notice construction detection system that efficiently and effectively detects no-notice construction carried out at a burying place of a buried object without notice while sufficiently lightening the work burden on workers.SOLUTION: A no-notice construction detection system 100 comprises: a construction probability derivation part S1 which derives a construction probability as a construction likelihood of photographic information photographed by a photography part S6; a construction determination part S2 which determines, based upon the construction probability which is derived by the construction probability derivation part S1 and is equal to or larger than a construction determination probability threshold, that construction is being carried out at a detection position detected by a position detection part S7 when the photographic information is photographed; and a no-notice construction determination part S3 which determines no-notice construction when the construction determination part S2 determines that the construction is being carried out and when the detection position detected by the position detection part when the photographic information corresponding to the construction is photographed is different from a notified position included in construction notification information stored in a first storage part S8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
