Summary: | To provide a rolling bearing capable of reducing the amount of dust generated from the inside of the bearing even if an internal pressure of the bearing increases in rotation of the rolling bearing.SOLUTION: In a rolling bearing 1, a plurality of balls 4 interposed between inner and outer rings 2, 3 are held by a retainer 5, and a sealing member 6 for blocking a bearing space between the inner ring 2 and the outer ring 3 is mounted to the outer ring 2. A seal groove 7 is formed in a circumferential direction on an outer peripheral surface 2b of the inner ring 2, and the sealing member 6 includes a metallic core 10, a main lip 15 abutting on an outer groove wall surface 7c in the seal groove 7 and a noncontact sub-lip 16 in the seal groove 7. The sub-lip 16 projects to the inside in an axial direction from a base end part, and a labyrinth seal Rs is formed between a tip part of the sub-lip 16 and an inner groove wall surface 7a of the seal groove 7. When the maximum distance in an axial direction from a bearing inner side position of the metallic core 10 to a tip of the sub-lip 16 is set as D and the plate thickness of the metallic core 10 is set as (d), 1.90≤D/d≤2.50 is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】転がり軸受の回転時に軸受内圧が上昇した場合においても、軸受内部からの発塵量を低減することができる転がり軸受を提供する。【解決手段】転がり軸受1は、内外輪2,3間に介在する複数の玉4が保持器5に保持され、内輪2および外輪3間の軸受空間を塞ぐシール部材6が外輪2に取付られる。内輪2の外周面2bにシール溝7が周方向に形成され、シール部材6は、芯金10と、シール溝7における外側溝壁面7cに接触する主リップ15と、シール溝7に非接触の副リップ16とを備える。副リップ16は、基端部から軸方向内側に突出し、副リップ16の先端部とシール溝7の内側溝壁面7aとの間でラビリンスシールRsが形成される。芯金10の軸受内部側位置から副リップ16の先端部までの軸方向における最大の距離をDとし、芯金10の板厚をdとしたとき、1.90≦D/d≦2.50である。【選択図】図1 |
