To provide a multi-functional transparent film and a partition usable for a clear curtain to be installed, for instance, at a window side or an entrance of a shop or a house, or for an awning, tent etc., and having weather resistance and antiviral activity while maintaining transparency.SOLUTION: A transparent film 10 includes: a base material sheet 20 having transparency; and a first surface protective layer 30 laminated on one face of front and rear faces of the base material sheet 20 with an embossed part 31 formed thereon. An weather-proof agent is added at least to one of the base material sheet 20 and the first surface protective layer 30. An antiviral agent is added to the first surface protective layer 30. An addition amount of the antiviral agent is 4 to 10 pts.mass based on a solid content 100 pts.mass of the first surface protective layer 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】例えば店舗や家での窓際、入り口などに設置するクリアカーテン、オーニング、テント等に使用でき、透明性を維持させながら、耐候性及び抗ウイルス活性を有する多機能な透明フィルム及び間仕切りを提供できる。【解決手段】透明性を有する基材シート２０と、基材シート２０の表裏面の一面に積層され、エンボス部３１が形成された第一の表面保護層３０とから形成された透明フィルム１０であって、基材シート２０と、第一の表面保護層３０とのいずれか少なくとも一方には、耐候剤が添加され、第一の表面保護層３０には、抗ウイルス剤が添加され、抗ウイルス剤の添加量が、第一の表面保護層３０の固形分１００質量部に対して４～１０質量部である。【選択図】図１
