Summary: | To provide a coupling structure capable of securing a torque transfer function and preventing a pair of members from being separated even in a case where a defect occurs in a weld.SOLUTION: A cylindrical part 33 of a joint shaft 13 is inserted inside of a large diameter cylinder part 27 of a first outer cylinder 12, a male serration 34 provided on an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 33 and a female serration 29 provided on an inner peripheral surface of the large diameter cylinder part 27 are concave-convex engaged, and an outer peripheral surface of the joint shaft 13 and an end of the large diameter cylinder part 27 at the other side in an axial direction are welded and fixed by a weld bead part 52. Further, an emboss recess 31 is formed on the bottom of an outer diameter side annular recessed groove 30 which is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the large diameter cylinder part 27, such that an emboss projection 32 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the large diameter cylinder part 27 is disposed inside of an inner diameter side annular recessed groove 35 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】溶接部に欠陥が生じた場合にも、トルク伝達機能を確保することができ、かつ、1対の部材の分離防止を図れる、結合構造を提供する。【解決手段】第一外筒12の大径筒部27の内側に、ジョイントシャフト13の円筒部33を挿入し、円筒部33の外周面に備えられた雄セレーション34と、大径筒部27の内周面に備えられた雌セレーション29とを凹凸係合させ、かつ、ジョイントシャフト13の外周面と大径筒部27の軸方向他方側の端部とを溶接ビード部52により溶接固定する。さらに、大径筒部27の外周面に備えられた外径側環状凹溝30の底部にエンボス凹部31を形成することで大径筒部27の内周面に形成されたエンボス凸部32を、円筒部33の外周面に備えられた内径側環状凹溝35の内側に配置する。【選択図】図8 |
