To provide a flood prevention structure that can maintain a function of preventing flooding of a building even under the influence of changes in water pressure and other factors.SOLUTION: A flood prevention structure 10 is configured to include a waterproofing sheet 20, an upper fixing section, and a lower fixing section 40. The lower fixing section 40 has a fixing base 41 that is attached to a foundation 4 of a building and a fixing coupling 42 that is connected along the fixing base 41. A packing 50 is interposed between a sheet lower section 22 and the fixing base 41. The sheet lower section 22 and the packing 50 are clamped and held between the fixing base 41 and the fixing coupling 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】水圧変化等の影響下でも建物への浸水防止機能を維持できる浸水防止構造を提供すること。【解決手段】浸水防止構造１０は、防水シート２０、上固定部および下固定部４０で構成される。下固定部４０は、建物の基礎４に取り付けられる固定基体４１と、固定基体４１に沿って連結される固定連結体４２とを備える。シート下部２２および固定基体４１の間にはパッキン５０が介在される。シート下部２２およびパッキン５０は固定基体４１および固定連結体４２に挟持される。【選択図】図３
