Summary:To provide a technique for allowing second control software to continue processing by using a peripheral circuit even in a situation in which an abnormality regarding first control software occurs.SOLUTION: An electronic control device comprises: a memory (3) which stores first control software and second control software; a CPU (1) which executes the first control software and the second control software; and a peripheral circuit (200) which is used by the first control software and the second control software. The memory further comprises a first buffer (313a) and a second buffer (323a).
