To provide a shoe where a gap in a foot width direction hardly appears between an opening part and a wearer's foot when the foot of the wearer induces plantar flection.SOLUTION: A shoe 1A includes: a sole 20A provided with a grounding surface; an upper 10 provided with an opening part 11B in which a wearer's foot is inserted, which is fitted to the sole 20A and covers the wearer's foot; an inner arm 31 fixed on an inner foot side of the opening part 11B of the upper 10; an external arm 32 fixed onto an outer foot side of the opening part 11B of the upper 10; and a connection part 33 connecting the inner arm 31 and the outer arm 32.
