To provide a display device which can shrink the peripheral area of a display panel.SOLUTION: A pixel circuit board 4 comprises: a plurality of first wirings 31 arranged on one surface of a substrate 12 and electrically connected to a plurality of pixel circuits, respectively; a plurality of contact plugs 32 arranged in the thickness direction of the substrate 12 and electrically connected to the plurality of first wirings 31, respectively; a plurality of second wirings 33 arranged on the other surface of the substrate 12 and electrically connected to the plurality of contact plugs 32, respectively; and a plurality of connection parts 34 arranged on the other surface of the substrate 12 and electrically connected to the plurality of second wirings 33, respectively.
