Summary:To propose a new food product pressure cooker which can be easily and flexibly manufactured even having a simple and inexpensive design, which simplifies washing, storage and possible repair of the cooker and has the design that allows easy upgrade of washing, storage and repair of the cooker.SOLUTION: A bayonet pressure cooker comprises: a bowl (2); a lid (3); a support (10); a manual locking/unlocking control member (11) attached to the support (10); a drive structure which is conveyed by the manual control member; a driven structure which is connected to the lid and engaged with the drive structure; and pressure adjustment means.
