Summary: | To provide a method for producing an electrode sheet, capable of suppressing such a problem that "a part of an electrode mixture layer is detached (peeled off) from a surface of a current collector foil and transferred onto an outer peripheral surface of a first roll".SOLUTION: A method for producing an electrode sheet includes the steps of: heating before pressing to heat an electrode sheet 100 to soften or melt binder particles 122 contained in an electrode mixture layer 120; and roll-pressing to roll-press the electrode sheet 100 by use of first and second rolls, the electrode sheet being heated in the step of heating before pressing. In the step of roll-pressing, a temperature of an outer peripheral surface 40b of a first roll 40 with which an outer surface 120b of the electrode mixture layer 120 of the electrode sheet 100 contacts is set lower than a temperature of an outer peripheral surface 50b of the second roll 50, and the electrode sheet 100 is roll-pressed so that adhesive strength of the binder particles 122 in the electrode mixture layer 120 to the first roll 40 is reduced so as to become lower than adhesive strength to the current collector foil 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】「電極合材層の一部が、集電箔の表面上から脱離(剥離)して第1ロールの外周面に転写されてしまうこと」を低減することができる電極シートの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】電極シート100を加熱して、電極合材層120に含まれるバインダ粒子122を軟化または溶融させるプレス前加熱工程と、プレス前加熱工程で加熱した電極シート100を、第1ロールと第2ロールとでロールプレスするロールプレス工程とを備える。ロールプレス工程は、電極シート100の電極合材層120の外側表面120bが接触する第1ロール40の外周面40bの温度を、第2ロール50の外周面50bの温度よりも低くして、電極シート100をロールプレスすることによって、電極合材層120内のバインダ粒子122について、第1ロール40に対する粘着力を集電箔110に対する粘着力よりも低下させる。【選択図】図1 |
