To provide a water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic that easily agrees with skin when applied on the skin and gives a melting feeling of use.SOLUTION: A water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic contains (A) semisolid oil with a melting point of 28-40°C of 3-10 mass% relative to the total amount of the cosmetic, (B) a polar oil, and (C) a nonvolatile oil (excluding the (B) polar oil). The mass ratio of the (A) semisolid oil to the (B) polar oil is 0.4-0.9.
