To provide a cookie mold that cuts cookie dough into a predetermined shape and is easily released from the cookie dough without deforming the shape.SOLUTION: A cookie mold 1 includes a tubular (e.g. cylindrical) contour part 2 that cuts cookie dough into a predetermined shape, wherein a bottom face 2a of the contour part 2 forms in a side view a first convex curve from an end part 2aa on one side where the mold is first engaged and pressed to the cookie dough to an end part 2ab on the other side where the mold is last released from the cookie dough.
