Summary:To enable quick adjustment of a magnetic field by enabling omission of the steps of disassembling/reassembling an electromagnet device and degaussing/re-excitation when the magnetic field generated by an electromagnet device is adjusted.SOLUTION: A mechanism for adjusting a magnetic material piece for adjusting a magnetic field and an installation position of the magnetic material piece is arranged so as to face a space (target region) that generates a static magnetic field of an electromagnet device, a distance between the installation position of the magnetic material piece and the target region is adjusted to achieve the magnetic field adjustment of the target region. A magnetic field measuring device is mounted on position adjusting means, and the position adjustment and the magnetic field measurement of the magnetic material piece are repeated so as to obtain a desired magnetic field distribution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】電磁石装置が生成する磁場を調整する際に、電磁石装置の分解・再組立て、消磁・再励磁の工程を省略可能にし、迅速な磁場の調整を可能にする。【解決手段】電磁石装置の静磁場を発生する空間(関心領域)に面して、磁場調整用の磁性材料片と磁性材料片の設置位置を調節する機構を配置し、磁性材料片の設置位置と関心領域との距離を調整することによって、関心領域の磁場調整を達成する。位置調整手段に磁場測定器を搭載し、所望の磁場分布となるように、磁性材料片の位置調整と磁場測定とを繰り返す。【選択図】図6
