Summary: | To provide an injection molding device with suppressed formation of a gap in a mold closing state.SOLUTION: An injection molding device is assembled with: a stationary mold 30 and a movable mold 40 for heat hardening a thermosetting resin in a cavity C in a mold closing state with a stator core 100 being sandwiched therebetween; a columnar center post 60 provided on the movable mold side, supported in an advancing/retreating manner toward the stationary mold and energized on the stationary mold side, defining a gate part G communicating with the cavity between the movable mold in a mold closing state and fitted in an inner periphery of the stator core; a cooling nozzle 50 provided on the stationary mold side, having cold runner parts R1, R2 for supplying the resin to the cavity via a gate part and supported in an advancing/retreating manner toward the movable mold between a position in contact with the stationary mold and a position away from the stationary mold; and an injection nozzle 70 pressurizing the cooling nozzle in a manner that the cooling nozzle is in tight contact with the stationary mold and the center post 60 in a mold closing state for injecting the resin to the cold runner parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】型締め状態で隙間が生じるのを抑制した射出成形機を提供する。【解決手段】ステータコア100を挟持した型締め状態で、熱硬化性樹脂をキャビティC内で加熱硬化させる固定型30及び可動型40と、可動型側に設けられ、固定型に向けて進退自在に支持されていると共に固定型側に付勢され、型締め状態で可動型との間でキャビティに連通したゲート部Gを画定し、ステータコアの内周に嵌る円柱状のセンターポスト60と、固定型側に設けられ、ゲート部を介してキャビティに供給するコールドランナー部R1、R2を有し、固定型に当接した位置と固定型から離間した位置との間で可動型に向けて進退自在に支持された冷却ノズル50と、型締め状態で冷却ノズルが固定型及びセンターポスト60に密着するように冷却ノズルを押圧して、コールドランナー部に樹脂を射出する射出ノズル70とを備える。【選択図】図3 |
