Summary:To provide a stationary blade segment which can make compatible both the improvement of structural rigidity and weight reduction.SOLUTION: A stationary blade segment comprises a plurality of stationary blades extending in a radial direction with respect to an axial line, and aligned with intervals in a peripheral direction, and an outside shroud for supporting end parts of the plurality of stationary blades in the radial direction, and extending in a peripheral direction. The outside shroud has an outside shroud main body expanding in an axial line direction and the peripheral direction, and a seal part protruding to the outside in the radial direction from the outside shroud main body, and extending in the peripheral direction.
