Summary: | To provide a feeding unit causing no positional change of a retard roller for every exchange of a holder, in a constitution of holding the retard roller with a holder.SOLUTION: A feeding unit 50 has a retard roller 52, a holder part 94, protrusion parts 132, a housing part 70, a pressing part 152, a first restriction part 172, and a second restriction part 176. The holder part 94 holds rotatably the retard roller 52. The protrusion part 132 serves as a supporting point of oscillation of the holder part 94. The housing part 70 houses the holder part 94. The pressing part 152 presses the holder part 94. The first restriction part 172 restricts movement of the holder part 94 in the retreating direction. The second restriction part 176 restricts movement of the holder 94 in a direction opposite to a retreating direction. The pressing part 152 is positioned displaced in a Y direction in relation to a virtual line G passing through a middle point of the protrusion part 132 and a middle point of the first restriction part 172.
