Summary:To solve the problem that provision of service concerning replacement of a cartridge is not sufficiently considered, in service of providing utilization of a printing device in accordance with a predetermined contract-based plan.SOLUTION: A printing device, which is configured so that a predetermined flat usage fee is charged no matter how often cartridges are replaced, comprises a discharge head having nozzles that can discharge liquid stored in a plurality of cartridges, respectively, and a control part. The control part comprises a cleaning execution part that executes cleaning processing including cleaning operation of suctioning liquid from the nozzle and causing the liquid to flow out, when a cleaning condition is satisfied.
