Summary:To provide a server, a charging system, and a program capable of charging a mobile body in consideration of a utilization timing of a user.SOLUTION: In a charging system 1 configured so that a mobile body, a communication terminal, a charging device, and a server are mutually communicable with each other via a network, a server 40 has a processor (a controller) 47 configured to acquire a utilization start time where a user starts to utilize the mobile body with a chargeable secondary battery, to estimate a charging completion time required for charging to a necessary charge amount for the mobile body, to determine whether or not the charging of the mobile body has been completed by the utilization start time on the basis of the utilization start time and the charging completion time, and if the charging of the mobile body has not been completed by the utilization start time, to switch a charging system by the charging device to the mobile body from a normal charging system to a rapid charging system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】ユーザの利用タイミングを考慮した移動体の充電を行うことができるサーバ、充電システム及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】移動体と、通信端末と、充電装置と、サーバとが、ネットワークを通じて相互に通信可能に構成されている充電システム１において、サーバ４０は、ユーザが充電可能な二次電池を有する移動体を利用し始める利用開始時刻を取得し、移動体に必要な充電量まで充電に掛かる充電完了時刻を推定し、利用開始時刻と、充電完了時刻と、に基づいて、利用開始時刻までに移動体の充電が完了しているか否かを判定し、利用開始時刻までに移動体の充電が完了していない場合、移動体に対する充電装置による充電方式を普通充電方式から急速充電方式に切り替えるように構成されるプロセッサ（制御部）４７を備える。【選択図】図５
