To provide a sheet conveying device capable of achieving compatibility between optimization of returning to a normal position of an actuator and posture maintenance at the normal position, and optimization of respective turning loads when the actuator rotationally turns in a first direction and in a second direction.SOLUTION: A sheet conveying device 1 includes an actuator 10 comprising a first moving part 31 interlocked with a first arm 11 and a second arm 12.
