Summary:To provide a picking assist device, a control device, and a picking assist system that are capable of reducing restrictions on the location of a reporting device.SOLUTION: A picking assist device 100 informs the worker of the location of a picking object T based on picking instruction information. The picking assist device 100 includes a reporting device 120 and a control unit 110. The reporting device 120 is provided near the picking object T. The control unit 110 is located at a distance from the reporting device 120. The control unit 110 includes a power generator 112, a wireless signal sending/receiving unit 111, and a wired signal sending/receiving unit 114. The power generator 112 generates power from light. The wireless signal sending/receiving unit 111 receives wireless signals from the outside to obtain picking instruction information.
