To guide a sheet-like medium at a prescribed position even in a configuration which moves a cutter in a scanning direction at the prescribed position of a conveyance path.SOLUTION: A pair of path members 8a, 8b is configured to be linked to movement in a scanning direction of a cutter 4a and take the first position when the cutter 4a is at the standby position and the second position when the cutter 4a is in a conveyance path C. In each of the path members 8a, 8b, the second position is the position apart from the conveyance path C with respect to the first position.
