To provide a luggage compartment structure of a vehicle including a retractable rear seat which may be stored into a luggage compartment floor and enables a seat striker of the rear seat and a cargo hook of a luggage compartment to be installed at a side part of the luggage compartment including a rear wheel house with a simple structure while inhibiting increase of the weight of a vehicle body.SOLUTION: In a luggage compartment structure of a vehicle, a seat striker 27 forming a lock mechanism which fixes a retractable rear seat 17, which may be stored into a luggage compartment floor, in a use state and a cargo hook 41 provided to hold luggage in the luggage compartment are installed at a side part of the luggage compartment. The luggage compartment structure of the vehicle includes: a striker bracket 29 which supports the seat striker on a side wall of a vehicle body; and a cargo hook bracket 43 which supports the cargo hook on the side wall of the vehicle body.
