Summary: | To increase the assembly performance and increase the circularity of a stator.SOLUTION: The present invention includes a rotor and a stator. The stator has a plurality of segments connected together via an engagement unit. The segments have a plurality of pieces connected together via a connecting part. The pieces are arranged in an arc and the segments are arranged in a circle. The engagement unit has two protruding parts protruding in a circumferential direction and a recessed part between the two protruding parts. The protruding part of one of two segments arranged adjacent to each other is engaged with the recessed part of the other segment, and the recessed part of the one segment is engaged with the protruding part of the other segment. The two protruding parts of the segments each have a top part, and the protruding part of the one segment and the recessed part of the other segment have a first flat surface and a third flat surface facing each other. The first flat surface and the third flat surface extend in a radial direction and in a circumferential direction of the stator, and also extend in directions perpendicular to each other to the top part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
