The contact ring 10 contains a circular ring structure containing a conductivity material, or a structure equivalent in topology. Those structures include: a plurality of projections 104 and 1004 on at least one side; a plurality of blades 18 and 108 on at least one side. Each of the projections 104 and 1004, and each of the blades 18 and 108 are contacted to the conductivity material of each contact element, are arranged so as to from the conductive connection between the contact elements.
