To provide a medicine inhaler including a counter mechanism having a simple and compact configuration.SOLUTION: An inhaler 100 gradually peels off a mount from one or a plurality of blister strips in conjunction with an operation of blister opening means and sequentially supplies a space that a user can inhale via an inhalation port 41, with a powder medicine for one dose. The inhaler 100 includes a counter mechanism for presenting a remaining number of medicines individually packaged by the blister strip, in conjunction with the operation of the blister opening means. The counter mechanism includes a spiral rack gear 52a formed on a back side, and on the front side, a counter dial 50 on which information representing the remaining number of medicines is spirally described side by side along the rack gear 52a, and a pinion gear 60 fitted to the rack gear 52a and rotationally turning in a given direction, in conjunction with the operation of the blister opening means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】簡易かつコンパクトな構成のカウンタ機構を備える薬剤の吸入器を提供する。【解決手段】吸入器１００は、ブリスタ開封手段の動作に連動して、一又は複数のブリスタストリップから台紙を徐々に引き剥がし、吸入口４１を通じて吸入可能な空間に一回使用量分の粉状薬剤を順次供給する。吸入器１００は、ブリスタ開封手段の動作に連動してブリスタストリップによって個包装された薬剤の残存数を提示するためのカウンタ機構を有する。カウンタ機構は、裏面側に螺旋状のラックギア５２ａが形成され、表面側にラックギア５２ａに沿って薬剤の残存数を示す情報が螺旋状に並んで表記されたカウンタダイヤル５０と、このラックギア５２ａに嵌合され、ブリスタ開封手段の動作に連動して一定方向に回動するピニオンギア６０とを含む。【選択図】図２
