Summary: | To provide a technology capable of reducing a volume of a liquid feed pump and feeding a liquid with small pulsation.SOLUTION: A liquid feed pump includes: a first plunger pump having a first plunger; a second plunger pump having a second plunger and connected to the first plunger pump in series; a pressure sensor disposed on the downstream of the second plunger pump; and a control unit for receiving input of a discharge pressure of a liquid measured by the pressure sensor and controlling drive of the first plunger and drive of the second plunger. The control unit calculates a pressure change rate of the liquid on the basis of the past compression distance of the first plunger in compressing the liquid by the first plunger pump and a pressure at completion of the compression, predicts a compression distance of the first plunger on the basis of the pressure change rate and a present discharge pressure, and determines a timing to complete the compression by the first plunger on the basis of the predicted compression distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6A
【課題】送液ポンプの容積を小さくし、かつ脈動の小さい送液を可能とする技術を提供する。【解決手段】本開示の送液ポンプは、第1プランジャを有する第1プランジャポンプと、第2プランジャを有し、前記第1プランジャポンプと直列に接続された第2プランジャポンプと、前記第2プランジャポンプの下流に配置された圧力センサと、前記圧力センサが測定した液体の吐出圧力の入力を受け付け、前記第1プランジャの駆動及び前記第2プランジャの駆動を制御する制御部と、を備え、前記制御部は、前記第1プランジャポンプにより前記液体を圧縮する際の前記第1プランジャの過去の圧縮距離と圧縮完了時の圧力とに基づいて、前記液体の圧力変化率を算出し、前記圧力変化率と現在の吐出圧力とに基づいて、前記第1プランジャの圧縮距離を予測し、前記予測した圧縮距離に基づいて、前記第1プランジャによる前記圧縮を完了するタイミングを決定する。【選択図】図6A |
