To provide a roll paper for cigarettes for electromagnetic heating with decreased metal odor which is unavoidable for usual electromagnetic heating-type non-combustion heating-type cigarettes and capable of improving functional quality of cigarettes.SOLUTION: A roll paper includes ferromagnetic powder dispersed therein, and a surface of the roll paper is coated with a gel film. In this roll paper, when used in manufacture of a circumferential direction heating-type non-combustion heating-type cigarette, as compared to conventional cigarette, and even in a circumferential direction resistance heating type or a circumferential direction electromagnetic heating type, a smoke amount is greatly increased, satisfaction is elevated, and mixed odor is reduced. A cigarette manufactured with the roll paper, when used in a circumferential direction heating type smoking tool, with the presence of the gel film, burnt smell of the roll paper is greatly reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】電磁加熱に使用される場合に、通常の電磁加熱式の非燃焼加熱式タバコの回避不可能な金属臭の影響を大幅に減少させ、タバコの官能品質を向上させることができるタバコ用巻紙を提供する。【解決手段】巻紙は、その中に分散されている強磁性粉末を含み、巻紙の表面にゲル膜が塗布されている。本発明の巻紙は、周方向加熱式の非燃焼加熱式タバコの製造に使用されると、従来のタバコに比べて、周方向抵抗加熱方式でも周方向電磁加熱方式でも、煙量が著しく増加され、満足感が上昇し、混在臭が低減される。特に、本発明の巻紙で製造されたタバコは、周方向加熱式喫煙具に使用される場合に、ゲル膜の存在が原因で、巻紙の焦げ臭が大幅に低減される。【選択図】なし
