Summary:To provide a resin supply device, a resin seal device and a manufacturing method of a resin sealed article, capable of preventing defects from occurring.SOLUTION: A resin supply device (100) supplies resin onto a work-piece (10) having an arrangement of elements (12) aligned in a first direction and a second direction intersecting the first direction. The resin supply device includes: an acquisition part (110) configured to acquire arrangement information of the elements (12) on the work-piece (10); a supply part (120) configured to supply resin onto the work-piece (10); a calculation part (130) configured to calculate a resin supply pattern according to the arrangement information; and a drive part (140) configured to move at least one of the work-piece (10) and the supply part (120) relatively to the other along the resin supply pattern. The resin supply pattern has a plurality of linear paths (14) extending in the first direction.
