Summary:To accurately install a surgical instrument at an affected bone without increase in the scale of a device.SOLUTION: A preoperative plan reproduction system comprises a target device 30, a spherical magnet (MGB), and a PC (10). The target device 30 can have a surgical instrument attached thereto, the surgical instrument being for application to an affected bone in a surgical operation, supports magnetic sensors 31A to 31C extending in at least three directions, and has output systems (43 to 45, 47, 48) for outputting detection signals obtained by the respective magnetic sensors. The spherical magnet (MGB) is installed in the vicinity of the affected bone of a patient. The PC (10) receives an input of the disposing position of a device suitable to the installation of the surgical instrument by using three-dimensional image information of the patient and that of the device, receives an input of the disposing position of the magnet with respect to the disposing positions of the device, simulates detection results obtained by the respective magnetic sensors on the basis of the disposing position of the magnet and the disposing position of the device, acquires the detection results obtained by the respective magnetic sensors of the device during the surgical operation, calculates the approximation degree between the detection result obtained by the respective magnetic sensors and that obtained by the simulation, and outputs information according to a result of the calculation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】装置の規模を大型化することなく、患部骨へ手術器具を正確に設置すること。【解決手段】外科手術で患部骨に施工する手術器具を装着可能で、少なくとも3方に延在した磁気センサ31A~31Cを支持し、各磁気センサでの検出信号を出力する出力系(43~45,47,48)を有したターゲットデバイス30と、患者の患部骨近傍に設置する球状の磁石(MGB)と、患者の3次元画像情報とデバイスの3次元画像情報とを用い、手術器具の設置に適したデバイスの配設位置の入力を受付け、デバイスの配設位置に対する磁石の配設位置の入力を受付け、磁石の配設位置とデバイスの配設位置から各磁気センサでの検出結果をシミュレーションし、手術中にデバイスの各磁気センサでの検出結果を取得し、得た各磁気センサでの検出結果とシミュレーションで得た検出結果との近似度を算出し、算出結果に応じた報知出力を行なうPC(10)とを備える。【選択図】 図2
