To provide a manufacturing method and a device of a composite sheet in which a joint region and a through hole region are divided.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a composite sheet which has a plurality of joint parts where a first sheet 1 and a second sheet 2 are joined, and in which a part of the first sheet other than the joint part forms a protruded part protruding to an opposite side to the second sheet side and the joint part has a through hole, the first sheet is introduced to an engaging part of a first roll 31 and a second roll 32 having uneven shapes engaging with each other on peripheral surfaces to deform in an uneven shape; the deformed first sheet is conveyed while kept on the peripheral surface of the first roll, and the second sheet is overlaid on the first sheet during conveyance; a joint sheet, provided by sandwiching both sheets between the protruded part of the first roll and fusion machines 41, 51 to be fused to form the plurality of joint parts, is obtained; and the joint sheet, conveyed in a state where the part formed in the uneven shape is fitted in the uneven part of the first roll, is sandwiched between the protruded part of the first roll and ultrasonic horns 42, 52 of ultrasonic fusion machines to form a through hole in at least a part of the plurality of joint parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】接合領域と貫通孔領域とが分けられた複合シートの製造方法、装置の提供。【解決手段】第１シート１及び第２シート２が接合した複数の接合部を有し、第１シートにおける接合部以外の一部が、第２シート側と反対側に突出した凸部を形成し、且つ接合部に貫通孔を有する複合シートの製造方法であって、互いに噛み合う凹凸を周面に有する第１ロール３１及び第２ロール３２の噛み合い部に第１シートを導入して凹凸形状に変形させ、第１ロールの周面に保持しつつ搬送し、搬送中の第１シートに第２シートを重ね合わせ、第１ロールの凸部と融着機４１、５１との間に挟んで両シートが融着してなる複数の接合部が形成されてなる接合シートを得、凹凸形状に賦形された部分が第１ロールの凹凸部に嵌まり合った状態で搬送される接合シートを、第１ロールの凸部と超音波融着機の超音波ホーン４２、５２との間に挟んで複数の接合部の少なくとも一部に貫通孔を形成する。【選択図】図３
