Summary: | To move an inspection container stably, and to properly put the inspection container in contact with a temperature adjustment unit on an inspection table with the temperature adjustment unit thereon not displaced or inclined.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an inspection device that is configured to make an inspection container 2 having a storage unit 11 storing an inspected liquid formed sequentially move to a temperature adjustment unit composed of a plurality of temperature adjustment stations S1 to S3 arranged on a common periphery on an inspection table 5 and make the inspection container contact with the temperature adjustment unit. The inspection device comprises: a rotation supporting body 21 that is rotated on the inspection table 5 by a rotation shaft 23a, and causes the inspection container 2 to move to the plurality of temperature adjustment stations S1 to S3, supporting the inspection container; and shaft direction movement means 24 that causes the rotation supporting body 21 to move in a shaft direction with respect to the rotation shaft 23a. The shaft direction movement means 24 is configured to cause the rotation supporting body 21 to be located in a contact position where the inspection container 2 contacts with the temperature adjustment unit, and in a separate position where the inspection container 2 separates from the temperature adjustment unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】 検査容器を安定して移動させて、検査テーブル上の温度調節部にずれや傾きがなく適正に接触させる。【解決手段】 被検査液を収容する収容部11の形成された検査容器2を、検査テーブル5上の共通の円周上に配置された複数の調温ステーションS1~S3からなる温度調節部に、順次移動させて接触させるようにした検査装置に関する。回転軸23aによって上記検査テーブル5上で回転され、上記検査容器2を支持して上記複数の調温ステーションS1~S3に移動させる回転支持体21と、上記回転支持体21を上記回転軸23aに対して軸方向に移動させる軸方向移動手段24とを備えている。上記軸方向移動手段24は、上記回転支持体21を上記検査容器2が温度調節部に接触する接触位置と、検査容器2が温度調節部から離隔する離隔位置とに位置させるようになっている。【選択図】 図9 |
