Summary:To provide an optical structure for a surgical microscope capable of preventing a stereo base from becoming too large even in a case where the effective diameter of a variable magnification optical system is expanded.SOLUTION: Since a prism 8 is continuously integrated in a left-right direction, the integrated prism 8 only needs to support both left and right sides, and it is not necessary to provide the required interval in the center of the left and right sides as in the conventional case. Therefore, even when the effective diameter of a variable magnification optical system 9 is set to 30 mm, a stereo base S does not become larger than necessary, and a surgical site G can be observed with a natural stereoscopic effect according to the stereo base S. Since the integrated prism 8 has a size capable of reflecting the maximum diameter luminous flux A introduced in the variable magnification optical system 9, the two luminous fluxes A can be reliably reflected toward the variable magnification optical system 9 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】変倍光学系の有効径を拡大してもステレオベースが大きくなり過ぎない手術顕微鏡用光学構造を提供する。【解決手段】プリズム8を左右方向に連続した一体型としたため、その一体型のプリズム8は左右両側を支持するだけで済み、従来のような必須間隔を左右中央に設ける必要がない。そのため変倍光学系9の有効径を30mmにしても、そのステレオベースSは必要以上に大きくならず、ステレオベースSに応じた自然な立体感で術部Gを観察することができる。一体型のプリズム8は変倍光学系9に導入される最大径の光束Aを反射可能なサイズを有しているため、2本の光束Aを確実に変倍光学系9側へ向けて反射することができる。【選択図】図5
