To provide a childcare work support system and a childcare work support method that simplify the work of guardians when they send their children to a nursery school and pick up their children (when they leave the nursery school), reduce the work burden on childcare workers, and also help prevent infectious diseases, and provide a childcare work support system that can be linked with additional auxiliary services and reduce the burden on guardians and childcare workers.SOLUTION: A childcare work support system includes a nursery school attendance management unit 2, a nursery school pick-up management unit 3, and a nursery school door opening/closing management unit 4. Guardians can go to the nursery school or pick up their children without contact, at the time of sending or picking up their children.
