Summary:To provide an aqueous anti-rusting coating having excellent anti-rusting effect and adhesion with an upper layer material, because an aqueous anti-rusting coating of the present disclosure has excellent finishing of a coating film formed after coating, even if the coating film is exposed for a long time, the coating film is alkaline, dense, and soft.SOLUTION: An aqueous anti-rusting coating containing three components of a synthetic resin emulsion having a glass transition point of 0°C or lower, calcium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and magnesium oxide, in which since a solid content of the aqueous anti-rusting coating is in the range of 60 to 80%, the pH is 8 or higher, the specific gravity ranges from 1.0 to 1.8, a ratio of the solid content of the synthetic resin emulsion and three components ranges from 1:1 to 1:5, and an average particle size of the three components is 80 μm or smaller, the finishing of the coating film formed after the aqueous anti-rusting coating is coated is excellent, even when the coating film is exposed for a long time, the coating film is alkaline, dense, and soft, therefore the anti-rusting effect and adhesion with an upper layer material become excellent.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本開示の水性防錆塗料は、塗布した後に形成された塗膜の仕上がりが良好で、塗膜を長期間暴露した場合であっても塗膜がアルカリ性で、緻密で、柔らかいものであるため、その防錆効果や上層材との付着性が良好である水性防錆塗料を提供する。【解決手段】ガラス転移点が0℃以下の合成樹脂エマルションと、水酸化カルシウム,水酸化マグネシウム,酸化マグネシウムの3成分を含む水性防錆塗料であって、この水性防錆塗料の固形分が60~80%の範囲で、pHが8以上で、比重が1.0~1.8の範囲であり、合成樹脂エマルションの固形分と3成分の比率が1:1~1:5の範囲であり、3成分の平均粒子径が80μm以下であることにより、水性防錆塗料を塗布した後に形成された塗膜の仕上がりが良好で、塗膜を長期間暴露した場合であっても塗膜がアルカリ性で、緻密で、柔らかいものであるため、その防錆効果や上層材との付着性が良好なものである。【選択図】なし
