Summary:To prevent a residual electrolytic solution flowing out of an electrolytic tank from influencing the property of hypochlorous acid water being generated, in a hypochlorous acid water supply device that generates hypochlorous acid water by dissolving chlorine gas generated in an electrolytic tank into raw water.SOLUTION: A device 10 for generating hypochlorous acid water, comprises an electrolytic tank 20 that electrolyzes water to be electrolyzed including hydrochloric acid to generate chlorine gas, a hydrochloric acid feeder 30 for feeding an aqueous hydrochloric acid solution containing hydrochloric acid to the electrolytic tank 20, a water feed pipeline 50 for feeding raw water dissolving chlorine gas generated in the electrolytic tank 20 to generate hypochlorous acid water, and a chlorine gas feed pipeline 53 for feeding chlorine gas generated in the electrolytic tank 20 to the water feed pipeline 50. The device for generating hypochlorous acid water dissolves chlorine gas into raw water in the water feed pipeline 50 to generate hypochlorous acid water, and is provided with a neutralization tank 40 that receives and neutralizes a residual electrolytic solution flowing out of the electrolytic tank 20 using a neutralizing solution, and the neutralized solution neutralized in the neutralization tank 40 is mixed with hypochlorous acid water generated in the water feed pipeline 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電解槽にて生成させた塩素ガスを原水に溶解させて次亜塩素酸水を生成する次亜塩素酸水供給装置で、電解槽から流出する電解残液によって生成される次亜塩素酸水の性質に影響を与えにくくする。【解決手段】次亜塩素酸水生成装置10は、塩酸を含む被電解水を電気分解して塩素ガスを生成させる電解槽20と、電解槽20に塩酸を含む塩酸水溶液を供給する塩酸供給器30と、電解槽20で生成させた塩素ガスを溶解させて次亜塩素酸水を生成するための原水を供給する給水管路50と、電解槽20で生成させた塩素ガスを給水管路50に供給する塩素ガス供給管路53とを備え、給水管路50にて原水に塩素ガスを溶解させて次亜塩素酸水を生成するものであり、電解槽20から流出する電解残液を受けて中和液によって中和する中和槽40を設け、中和槽40にて中和処理された中和処理液を給水管路50で生成された次亜塩素酸水に混合させた。【選択図】図1
