Summary: | To provide a cooling tower monitoring system capable of determining a deterioration degree in a location to be monitored in a cooling tower while using detection results from installed various sensors, and implementing maintenance in optimal timing by predicting the timing in which a deteriorated component should be exchanged.SOLUTION: Pieces of data outputted from a sensor corresponding to a component in a location to be monitored in a cooling tower 10 are transferred to a data processing device 20 separated from the cooling tower 10, and time series data based on the sensor output are acquired by the data processing device 20. Further, the acquired data are analyzed to determine a deterioration degree of the component, and maintenance timing of the component is predicted on the basis of the deterioration degree. Thus, the maintenance can be executed in a planned manner for the component on the basis of the predicted timing, the maintenance can be performed in appropriate timing, and suppression of cost relating to the maintenance can be attained while preventing occurrence of serious trouble caused by the cooling tower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】設置した各種センサによる検出結果を用いて、冷却塔における監視対象箇所の劣化度合いを判断可能とすると共に、劣化する部品の交換すべき時期を予測して、最適なタイミングでのメンテナンスを実現可能とする、冷却塔監視システムを提供する。【解決手段】冷却塔10における監視対象箇所の部品に対応するセンサから出力されたデータを、冷却塔10から離れたデータ処理装置20に伝え、データ処理装置20でセンサ出力に基づく時系列データを取得し、さらにこれを解析して部品の劣化度合いを判定し、この劣化度合いに基づいて部品のメンテナンス時期を予測することから、予測された時期に基づいて部品に対し計画的にメンテナンスを実行できると共に、適切なタイミングでメンテナンスを行え、冷却塔に起因する重大なトラブルの発生を防止しつつ、メンテナンスに係るコストの抑制が図れる。【選択図】 図1 |
