Summary:To solve the problem in which when the posture of a projector is changed, a relative positional relation between a refrigerant generation unit and an object to be cooled is changed, which may make it difficult to transmit a refrigerant to the object to be cooled.SOLUTION: A projector comprises a cooling device that cools an object to be cooled through a change of a refrigerant to gas. The cooling device has a refrigerant generation unit 20 that generates a refrigerant, and a refrigerant transmission unit 50 that transmits the generated refrigerant toward the object to be cooled. The refrigerant generation unit has an accumulation unit 31 in which the generated refrigerant is accumulated. The refrigerant transmission unit has a first channel unit 51 and a second channel unit 52 extending from the accumulation unit, and a power unit 55 that can cause the refrigerant in the accumulation unit to flow into the first channel unit and into the second channel unit. The accumulation unit has a first delivery port 36a to which the first channel unit is connected, and a second delivery port 36b to which the second channel unit is connected.
