Summary:To provide a three-terminal capacitor which can be arranged more on a substrate.SOLUTION: A three-terminal capacitor 100 includes: a columnar body part 10 extending in a first direction with a structure of first inner electrodes and second inner electrodes alternately laminated by the intermediary of a dielectric layer; a pair of first outer electrodes 21 provided on both end faces of the body part 10 in the first direction, and electrically connected to the first inner electrodes; and second outer electrodes 22 electrically connected to the second inner electrodes. The body part 10 has a salient 11 which protrudes in a direction orthogonal to the first direction in a position between the pair of first outer electrodes 21. The second outer electrodes 22 are provided on the visible surface of the salient 11 when seen in the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】基板により多く配置することが可能な三端子コンデンサを提供する。【解決手段】三端子コンデンサ100は、第1の方向に伸びる柱状の形状を有し、誘電体層を介して第1の内部電極と第2の内部電極が交互に積層された構造を有する本体部10と、第1の方向における本体部10の両端面に設けられ、第1の内部電極と電気的に接続されている一対の第1の外部電極21と、第2の内部電極と電気的に接続されている第2の外部電極22とを備える。本体部10は、一対の第1の外部電極21の間の位置において、第1の方向と直交する方向に突出した凸部11を有している。第2の外部電極22は、凸部11の表面のうち、第1の方向に見たときに視認可能な面に設けられている。【選択図】図1
