To provide a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition which is excellent in an effect for improving dimensional accuracy and hydrolysis resistance, a molded article, a viscosity rise inhibitor of a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition, and a hydrolysis inhibitor of a molded article made from a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition.SOLUTION: There are provided a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition which contains, with respect to 100 pts.mass of a polybutylene terephthalate resin (A) having a carboxylic acid terminal group of 35 meq/kg or less, 0.5 pts.mass or more and 10 pts.mass or less of an epoxy-based resin (B), a quaternary ammonium salt (C) and a dimensional accuracy improver (D); a molded article made from the polybutylene terephthalate resin composition; a viscosity rise inhibitor of a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition containing a quaternary ammonium salt; and a hydrolysis inhibitor of a molded article made from a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition containing a quaternary ammonium salt.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】寸法精度と耐加水分解性の改善効果に優れたポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物、成形品、ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物の粘度上昇抑制剤、ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物からなる成形品の加水分解抑制剤を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】カルボン酸末端基が３５ｍｅｑ／ｋｇ以下のポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂（Ａ）１００質量部に対し、エポキシ系樹脂（Ｂ）０．５質量部以上１０質量部以下と、第４級アンモニウム塩（Ｃ）と、寸法精度向上剤（Ｄ）とを含有する、ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物、上記のポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物からなる成形品、第４級アンモニウム塩を含有するポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物の粘度上昇抑制剤、第４級アンモニウム塩を含有するポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物からなる成形品の加水分解抑制剤により、上記の課題を解決する。【選択図】なし
