To provide a system which can highly accurately support a fitness incentive of members of companies, health insurance associations, sport clubs and drugstores.SOLUTION: A fitness incentive support system for giving fitness points in association with fitness consciousness and action for each member comprises: an input unit which inputs member data; a recording unit which records and stores the member data such as personal information data, fitness information measurement data and life habit recording data of members, various information such as odds coefficients for fitness actions and weighting coefficients by risks, and a program and fitness point calculation program for analyzing weighing by the odds and risks for the fitness actions; a central arithmetic processing unit which has a first control part for calculating the fitness points by determining the odds and weighing for the member data input by the input unit by referring to the data in the recording unit; and a display unit which displays the fitness points, fitness action history and member data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】企業、健保組合、スポーツクラブやドラッグストアの会員の健康インセンティブを高精度にサポートすることを可能としたシステムを提供する。【解決手段】会員ごとの健康意識・行動に対応させて健康ポイントを付与する健康インセンティブ・サポート・システムであって、会員データを入力する入力部と、会員の個人情報データ、健康情報測定データ及び生活習慣記録データ等の会員データ、健康行動に対するオッズ係数やリスクによる重みづけ係数等の各種情報、健康行動に対するオッズやリスクによる重みづけを解析するプログラム及び健康ポイント算出プログラムが記録・格納される記録部と、記録部のデータを参照して入力部で入力された会員データに対するオッズ及び重みづけを判定して健康ポイントを算出する第１制御部を備えた中央演算処理部と、健康ポイント、健康行動履歴、会員データの表示を行う表示部と、を有する。【選択図】図２
