Summary:To determine deterioration of a secondary battery based on a user operation amount and a control amount used to control a hybrid vehicle.SOLUTION: A secondary battery deterioration determination device which is used for a hybrid vehicle to determine the deterioration of a secondary battery determines whether or not prescribed charging control is being executed based on a vehicle speed, accelerator pedal position, and fuel injection amount or rpm. When a charge frequency as a ratio of a time when the prescribed charging control is being executed to a time required for the prescribed period is large, it is determined that the secondary battery is deteriorating more than when the charge frequency is small.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】ハイブリッド車両の制御に用いられるユーザ操作量や制御量に基づいて二次電池の劣化を判定する。【解決手段】ハイブリッド車両に用いられ、二次電池の劣化を判定する二次電池の劣化判定装置であって、車速とアクセル開度と燃料噴射量または回転数とに基づいて所定充電制御が実行されているか否かを判定し、所定期間の所要時間に対する所定充電制御が実行されている時間の比率としての充電頻度が大きいときには、小さいときに比して、二次電池の劣化が進んでいると判定する。【選択図】図4
