Summary:To provide a clip device that can easily hold tissue of a patient during surgical treatment.SOLUTION: A clip device comprises a clip comprising a first arm and a second arm capable of moving in directions in which they mutually close, and a sheath comprising a channel extending in a longitudinal direction. A wire for operating the clip can relatively move inside the channel of the sheath. The sheath comprises a bent part arranged along the channel of the sheath in a tip region of the sheath.
