To provide a cooling sheet used by being stuck to a region below the eyes of the face.SOLUTION: A cooling sheet having a sheet-like base layer and a gel layer disposed at one surface of the base layer, which has adhesive property, includes a mask contact part that comes in contact with an upper side edge part of a mask in a state that the gel layer is bonded to a predetermined region of the face when the mask is worn, and a cheek bonded part bonded to the cheeks of the face in a state of being bonded to a predetermined region.
