To provide a handrail disinfection device for a vehicle with a handrail which can automatically disinfect the handrail without any special effort.SOLUTION: A handrail disinfection device for a vehicle with a handrail is mounted on the vehicle having one or more handrails to be gripped by a crewman. The handrail disinfection device comprises: a tank in which an antiseptic solution is stored; an antiseptic solution exudation part provided on the one or more handrails; a drive unit which exudes the antiseptic solution stored in the tank from the antiseptic solution exudation part; and a control unit for controlling the drive unit.
