Summary:To provide a plate, sole, and a shoe that can reduce angular variation of the ankle joint during the time from grounding to stepping out.SOLUTION: The plate 300 includes: a curved part 310 that is provided in a forefoot region and that has a shape curved convexly toward a flat surface; a metatarsal support part 320 provided in the metatarsal region; and a heel support part 330 provided in the rear region. The curved part 310 has a wide width region containing a wide width part in which a size in the width direction is largest in the curved part 310. The metatarsal support part 320 has a narrow width region containing a narrow width part in which a size in the width direction is smallest in the width direction of the metatarsal support part 320. The ratio of flexural rigidity of the narrow width region relative to the flexural rigidity of the wide width region is equal to or more than 0.4 and less than 0.85.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】着地時から蹴り出し時に至る間の足首関節の角度変化を小さくすることが可能なプレート、靴底及び靴を提供すること。【解決手段】プレート300は、前足領域に設けられ、平坦面に向けて凸となるように湾曲する形状を有する湾曲部310と、中足領域に設けられた中足部支持部320と、後足領域に設けられた後足部支持部330と、を備える。湾曲部310は、湾曲部310のうち幅方向における寸法が最も大きな幅広部を含む幅広領域を有する。中足部支持部320は、中足部支持部320のうち幅方向における寸法が最も小さな幅狭部を含む幅狭領域を有する。幅広領域の曲げ剛性に対する幅狭領域の曲げ剛性の割合は、0.4以上0.85以下である。【選択図】図1
