Summary: | To provide a circuit arrangement that can achieve highly accurate temperature compensation while efficiently using a memory.SOLUTION: A circuit arrangement 100 includes: an oscillation circuit 160 that generates an oscillation signal by using an oscillator 10; a frequency adjustment circuit 150 that adjusts the oscillatory frequency of the oscillation circuit 160 based on frequency adjustment data CLa, CLb; a temperature sensor circuit 110 that outputs temperature data TD; an arithmetic circuit 120; and a storage circuit 130. The arithmetic circuit 120 performs, on the temperature data TD, conversion processing in which the inclination of conversion temperature data ETD with respect to the temperature data TD within a first temperature range and the inclination of conversion temperature data ETD with respect to the temperature data TD within a second temperature range are different from each other, and thereby outputs the conversion temperature data ETD.
