To make it possible to directly check the output of voltage to an electric charge application device without the need of removing a fixing device from an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A printer comprises: an image forming device that forms a toner image on a sheet; a fixing device 7 that fixes the toner image to the sheet; a high-voltage power supply substrate; a main body housing that accommodates the image forming device, fixing device, and high-voltage power supply substrate; and a door that is provided on the main body housing to be opposite to the fixing device 7.
