Summary:To provide a die cast machine capable of suppressing deterioration in the quality of a hydraulic fluid at a low cost over a long period.SOLUTION: A die cast machine comprises: a servo valve (50) arranged at a return flow passage (L4) branched from a rod side feed flow passage (L3) to reach a hydraulic fluid tank (41) and switchable between an allowable position (I) in which the return flow passage (L4) is opened to allow the advance of a plunger and a braking position (G)in which the return flow passage (L4) is blocked to brake the advance of the plunger; a check valve (47) arranged at the side of a hydraulic pump (43) with respect to the branched position of the return flow passage (L4) of the rod side feed flow passage (L3), allowing the flow of a hydraulic fluid going from the hydraulic pump (43) to a rod chamber (38) and blocking the flow of the hydraulic fluid going from the rod chamber (38) to the hydraulic pump (43); and a filter (48) arranged at the side of the hydraulic pump (43) with respect to the check valve (47) of the rod side feed flow passage (L3) and removing foreign substances from the hydraulic fluid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】低コストで長期間に亘って作動油の品質低下を抑制するダイカストマシンを提供する。【解決手段】ダイカストマシンは、ロッド側供給流路(L3)から分岐して作動油タンク(41)に至る戻り流路(L4)に配置されて、戻り流路(L4)を開放してプランジャの前進を許容する許容位置(I)、及び戻り流路(L4)を遮断してプランジャの前進を制動する制動位置(G)に切替可能なサーボバルブ(50)と、ロッド側供給流路(L3)の戻り流路(L4)の分岐位置より油圧ポンプ(43)側に配置されて、油圧ポンプ(43)からロッド室(38)への向かう作動油の流れを許容し、ロッド室(38)から油圧ポンプ(43)へ向かう作動油の流れを遮断するチェックバルブ(47)と、ロッド側供給流路(L3)のチェックバルブ(47)より油圧ポンプ(43)側に配置されて、作動油から異物を除去するフィルタ(48)とを備える。【選択図】図2
