Summary:To provide a door structure which can inhibit ingress of water or moisture into a vehicle interior through an opening of an inner panel, and to provide an assembly method of a vehicular door.SOLUTION: A door structure has: an inner panel 12 located at the vehicle inner side relative to an outer panel 11 of a vehicular door 10; an opening 16 provided at the inner panel 12; and a cover member 14 which covers the opening 16.
