To provide a door structure which can inhibit ingress of water or moisture into a vehicle interior through an opening of an inner panel, and to provide an assembly method of a vehicular door.SOLUTION: A door structure has: an inner panel 12 located at the vehicle inner side relative to an outer panel 11 of a vehicular door 10; an opening 16 provided at the inner panel 12; and a cover member 14 which covers the opening 16. A peripheral edge part 30 of the cover member 14 is located at the vehicle outer side relative to a peripheral edge part 22 of the opening 16, overlaps with the peripheral edge part 22 of the opening 16 of the inner panel 12 in a vehicle interior-exterior direction, and contacts with the peripheral edge part 22 of the opening 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】インナパネルの開口部から車内側に対して、水又は水分が入り込むことを抑制することが可能なドア構造及び車両用ドアの組付方法を得ること。【解決手段】車両用ドア１０のアウタパネル１１よりも車内側に位置するインナパネル１２と、インナパネル１２に設けられた開口部１６と、開口部１６を覆うカバー部材１４とを有し、カバー部材１４の周縁部３０は、開口部１６の周縁部２２よりも車外側に位置し、インナパネル１２の開口部１６の周縁部２２と車内外方向で重畳していると共に、開口部１６の周縁部２２に当接している。【選択図】図３
