Summary:To provide an ultrasonic cleaning machine which radiates an ultrasonic wave from a plurality of vibration surfaces, radiates the ultrasonic wave in the same phase, effectively generates a cavitation by an ultrasonic vibration in the periphery of a nozzle, and has a high cleaning effect.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic cleaning machine 26 includes: a cleaning tub 202 for cleaning a nozzle 22 to suck a sample or a reagent; and an ultrasonic vibrator 201 obtained by holding piezo-electric elements 205 between a front mass 204 and a back mass 207. Vibration plates being an upper plate and a lower plate which are opposing each other are formed at a distal end of the front mass 204 to be arranged at the tip end of the ultrasonic vibrator 201.
